Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sued a co-founder of YouTube for violating confidentially agreement after posting a video of their marriage proposal. The co-founder Chad Hurley posted a blurry 2 and 1/2 minute video of the proposal.
The co-founder was allowed to stay at the stadium during the proposal after he signed an agreemenet not to post any sort of media including videos and photos. Other cameras were allowed to film to be possibly included for "Keeping Up with the Kardashian."
Kanye and Kim are seeking unspecified damage charges from Chad and his company Avos Systems Inc.
