10 year old Caley from Gilroy is fighting Cystic Fibrosis, a rare terminal disease. Caley's mother says that her daughter was born with this genetic disease, and that she is unaware of her prognosis, and so are her other two children.
After meeting with Caley's medical team at Stanford Hospital, Caley's mother found out that Caley is "not a candidate" for the lung transplant that could potentially save her life, and that she has less than 2 years to live, therefore, she is trying to make her daughter's "whole heart desires" come true!
Caley's capacity is currently at 42% and doctors told Caley's mother that once it's under 40, it's time to "start prepare".
Caley, her mother, and us, need YOUR help to make Caley's dreams come true!
