Ok here's my story...Eric "The Funky 1" is the radio name, formerly Eric "The Latin Kid" but you can just call me Eric, or "E". The "Funky" part of my name stands for my love for House & Dance music, don't get it twisted Ladies...I ALWAYS smell good! I'm a Bay Area boy born and raised in San Francisco, and now make the Southbay my home and just love living in Silicon Valley! I'm half Salvadorean, half Puerto Rican, with nothing but love for everyone! After starting my radio career right here at WiLD 94.9 years ago, I'm back for my second time on the air here at WiLD! I'm thankful every day to be able to do what I know and love for a living for so long now.
