According to TMZ, 27-year-old Shaquan King was arrested and charged with a restraining order after being caught swimming naked inside of Kendall Jenner's pool. He was let out on bail and today he was caught at Kylie Jenner's house swimming in her pool! Kendall Jenner has since hired 24-hour security after he refuses to leave the family alone.
